Überall hören wir wieder Vögel singen und zwitschern. Aber welcher Vogel singt da eigentlich genau? Dank KI und Smartphone kann das mittlerweile jeder schnell herausfinden. Heute möchten wir jedoch einen anderen, kreativen Weg gehen und uns folgende Fragen stellen: Was hören wir? Und wie könnte der jeweilige Vogel aussehen, der solch einen besonderen Gesang hat? Dies bringen wir künstlerisch zu Papier. Dabei geht es nicht darum, den Vogel genau anhand seines Gesangs zu bestimmen, sondern der Kreativität freien Lauf zu lassen und darzustellen, wie der Vogel in eurer Phantasie aussieht. Die gleiche Aufgabe bekommt das Computerprogramm Firefly von Adobe gestellt, das auf generativer KI basiert. Es soll aus Sonagrammen (Klangspektogrammen / visualisierten Vogelstimmen) der jeweiligen Vögel das dazugehörige Vogelbild erstellen.
Das Ergebnis wird die klangliche Vielfalt des Vogelgezwitschers in eine bunte visuelle Vielfalt verwandeln. Durch eure Zeichnungen können wir die Unterschiede und Gemeinsamkeiten von eurer Kreativität und den computer-generierten Bildern beobachten und vergleichen.
Der Workshop ist für jedes Alter, für Klein und Groß.

We hear birds singing and chirping everywhere again. But which bird is actually singing?
Thanks to AI and smartphones, anyone can now find out quickly.
Today, however, we would like to take a different, creative approach and ask ourselves the following questions: What do we hear? And what might the particular bird that has such a special song look like? We will put this on paper artistically.
The aim is not to identify the bird precisely on the basis of its song, but to give free rein to your creativity and depict what the bird looks like in your imagination.
The computer programme Firefly from Adobe, which is based on generative AI, is given the same task. It is supposed to create the corresponding bird image from sonagrams (sound spectograms / visualised bird calls) of the respective birds.
The result will transform the sonic diversity of birdsong into a colourful visual diversity. Through your drawings we can observe and compare the differences and similarities between your creativity and the computer-generated images.
The workshop is for all ages, young and old.
